Strategic & Cultural Intelligence
Between worlds. Beyond stereotypes.
Where culture, business, and human realities meet.
About Me
Born in North Africa, raised in an Arab culture shaped by nuance, relationships, and unspoken codes, educated in Arab and French institutions, and forged through more than two decades of entrepreneurship across EMEA, I learned early that what determines success is rarely what appears on paper.
Over the years, I have launched businesses from scratch, negotiated across cultural divides, navigated uncertainty without a safety net, succeeded, failed, learned and earned the trust of people operating under significant pressure. Those experiences taught me that strategy is never only about markets or numbers. It is about people, perception, timing, and the invisible forces shaping decisions behind closed doors.
What I bring is not simply cultural fluency. It is clarity. A confidential space to explore the commercial, strategic, cultural, and human dimensions of a situation before deciding what comes next.
I value discretion above visibility, truth above convenience, and long-term trust above short-term transactions.
I listen before I judge.

The Arab world is not yet the author of its own narrative. Yet its greatest asset is already here: its human capital.
Across the world, millions of professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs and scientists of the Arab diaspora shape institutions, economies and innovation every day.
Arabbees is the platform that maps this Arab diaspora, makes it visible and connects its knowledge back to the Arab world. Professionals join for free, build their profile and choose among seven ways to contribute, from strategic advisory and teaching to research, mentoring and pro bono missions.
Arab institutions and universities gain a living view of Arab human capital through annual subscriptions. Surpluses are reinvested in research and in Arab youth.
Welcome to the hive.
